To ensure that all prospective students are provided with clear and unambiguous pre-course counseling in accordance with the Private Education Act so that prospective students are able to make an informed choice of course and college.

Customer service staff and recruitment agents shall ensure that prospective students are briefed on all, but not limited to the following information listed in the pre-course counseling checklist and reproduced below:

1. Academic, Campus and Enrollment Matters

2. Fee Schedule and Payment Mode

3. Industry Wide Fee Protection Insurance Scheme (IWC)

4. Reference to CPE
